"Location, location.. This property checks all of the boxes from check in to check out…. Located within a short walk to sea and its wonderful boardwalk we enjoyed walking everyday, along with lunch and beverage at one of the local chiringuitos. Everything is within walking distance, & local transportation is close by as well eliminating the need for a car, however ample parking on street if one was chosen ; a well stocked grocery store across the street was a nice plus. Although we did not golf on this vacation, there are several golf courses in the vacinity .. From the time we booked John was very helpful and responded to any pre-vacation questions we had. At arrival, he met us at the property to give us the lay of the land along with a lovely couple of bottles of wine and water. During our holiday, he and Brian were always ready to help with any questions we had. The condo, has all the amenities one needs on holiday, a nicely appointed kitchen, large outdoor deck, great wifi service and if so chosen, a smart tv. There is also a lovely pool however we never used it favouring the sea view. Check out was also seamless. Overall the condo is a great place to stay, for a reasonably priced, relaxing winter getaway! "The rooms were outdated, when we arrived for check in at 2pm the rooms were not ready and we had to wait in the lobby with children for 50/60minutes, we had a hire car and had to pay an additional €70 for the car park, the pool was absolutely freezing, the beach was closed, the room didn’t have air con. Overall it wasn't good at all and we won't be retuning."

"Very pleasant and spacious apartment. 10 mins walk to supermarket and town restaurants.Great view out over the town and to the sea.Issues with the Aircon when we arrived but these were resolved.Highly recommended."

"We've just returned from a week in this beautiful villa in la cala and would thoroughly recommend it. It is spacious, well equipped and in a fantastic location which is quiet and tranquil and only 5 minutes walk to the beach! The garden and pool made our stay a very memorable one with breakfasts, lunch and bbq on the patio! We hope to return again next year. The hosts were also very communicative and the villa info, recommendations of the area and facilities etc was excellent! Thankyou so much again! "

"Beautiful villa in an amazing location. We were disappointed there is no air conditioning in the kitchen or any living area as the listing states it’s air conditioned so we presumed that included the lounges, dining area and kitchen. The listing also says there is a hot tub, there isn’t which wasn’t a problem for us as only just noticed that! We booked it for the views and garden which did not disappoint though there is a problem with ants and mossies outside. The owners are amazing at communicating really useful information, ditto Emma the manager. Thank you both. Finally we treated ourselves to a private massage with Angel as recommended by Guy the owner. Absolute bliss. "
