  • Ideal house for getting together with family, enjoy the superb sea and hill views, large living rooms and the renovated swimming pool area.
    Very well equipped for teleworking or business seminars

    Large open kitchen for cooking together, dining room, fireplace area and living room with TV area are all convivial places to get together or isolate yourself. Enjoy the terraces for lunch or enjoy the panoramic view of the hills and sea views.
    7 bedrooms including 3 air-conditioned and 3 bathrooms.

    Upstairs, the old materials, wooden doors, parquet floors, mosaics, add a lot of charm.
    - a master suite with bathroom, terrace from which you will have a beautiful view of the sea and hills

50th Birthday celebration

14 members of the family got together to celebrate my daughters 50th birthday in this beautiful location away from it all. Plenty to do with table tennis, swimming pool and boules court. Takes 50 minutes to walk to the shop but is a very pleasant walk. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Ideal villa for our large family party. 3 families and 7 children age range 2 to 12. clean and well

This lovely well equipped villa had plenty of space indoors and out for our large family party. The pool was clean and well maintained and lovely and warm. 3 families with children age range 2 - 12 well catered for with space for different activities at the same time. The welcome and assistance from English speaking Caroline was brilliant especially dealing with the car hire people. Highly recommend this villa for a large family party. However you do need a car as even the nearest village is a bit far to walk to.

Great house for friends and family

We stayed in La Cadière d’Azurr for 1 week with 6 adults and 6 children. Everything you need is in the house, big table (inside and outside) great kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. In the evening we used the fireplace and during the day we could be found on the terrace. The kids loved the big heated pool and the table tennis table and of course the wifi😉. The garden is lovely and the views from the terrace are stunning. If we needed help or information Carolyn was there to help us. I highly recommend this house and if possible we would love to return next year.

wonderful vacation location

we had a perfect stay in the lovely region around saint cyr sur mer. the house was wonderful with plenty of space, wide and cosy spaces, a beautiful interior arrangement and all the necessities for cooking, playing or just hanging around in the pool area. the setting was just perfect, remote from town with a stunning view towards the coast. all bedrooms were very well done - perfect sleep! the style of the house mixing new and old details was well combined. the outdoor area with pool, outdoor kitchen, fresh fruit all over and diverse furniture for any occasion was a great addition to the big interior spaces. the area around with its beautiful small towns, vineyards and remote beaches is very attracting. all of us nine - small or big - enjoyed perfectly. we will be back! thanks to the great host.

perfect vacation location

what a pefect spot on earth. we had a wonderful time in and around the beatiful house. for any occasion there was plenty to do. the open wide spaces from the goundfloor were perfect for all of us. lovely details - old and new styles combined - functional areas and a variety of places to sit, eat, play or just hang around made our stay perfect. the cosy and beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and cool bathrooms were great for having a really smooth sleep. the stunning outdoor area with the big pool, lots of sunbeds and games was the attraction number one for the kids. the great view towards the sea and landscape was beautiful at days and nights. the periphery was so pleasant and attractive - old towns, vineyards, remote beaches and bold cliffs. we didn't miss a thing. it was a pleasure staying at this perfect location. thanks to the lovely host.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft und jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Highlight. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.Das Haus ist sehr schön, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns der große Pool sowie der liebevoll angelegte und gepflegte Garten. Die Schlafzimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was gerade an warmen Tagen sehr angenehm ist.Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir (8 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder und 1 Kleinhund) konnten das Haus der Familie Dumas für 2 Wochen geniessen. Die Schlafzimmer waren gross, mit einem schönen Ambiente und hatten alle entweder einen Ausgang zum Garten (EG) oder einen Balkon (OG). Die Küche war bezgl. den Geräten sehr gut ausgestattet und es hatte alle notwendigen Utensilien. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr grosszügig, wohnlich eingerichtet und hat einen einmaligen Blick (grosse Panoramafenster) auf das Meer und die Berge. Die Umgebung mit dem Pool ist atemberaubend und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Bei Fragen erhielten wir umgehend eine Antwort von Colette Dumas. Was evtl. zu verbessern wäre ist: eine Dusche beim Pool und mehr Sonnenschirme (hatte nur 1 Stk.). Wir empfehlen gerne diese Villa und bedanken uns bei der Familie Dumas.

Excellent hébergement , pour un grand groupe d'amis randonneurs. Colette nous a très bien reçu , expliqué l'arrivée a cette très belle villa fonctionnelle et agréable. La grande piscine juste sous le salon de jardin est irrésistible.

Nous avons passé une semaine des plus relaxantes et mémorables dans cette superbe villa, qui était parfaite pour notre escapade familiale intergénérationnelle. Avec trois générations réunies, la villa offrait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et bien plus encore.Les vues sur les collines et la côte étaient tout simplement idylliques, que ce soit pour un café matinal ou un verre de vin en soirée, le paysage était tout simplement à couper le souffle. La piscine a été un point culminant, offrant des heures de plaisir et de détente aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Il y avait également beaucoup d'espace pour que chacun puisse se détendre et profiter des magnifiques alentours.Les enfants ont adoré le terrain de boules et la table de ping-pong, les occupant pendant toute la journée. C’était le mélange parfait de divertissement en plein air et de moments de complicité familiale.Notre hôte a été extrêmement accommodant, surtout en tenant compte de notre arrivée tardive. Il s'est assuré que tout se passe bien et nous a donné d'excellents conseils locaux tout au long de la semaine. Cela a vraiment fait la différence et nous a aidés à profiter au maximum de notre séjour.Nous n’aurions pas pu rêver d’un meilleur emplacement, d’une meilleure ambiance ou d’un hôte plus accueillant, cette villa a vraiment contribué à rendre nos vacances en famille inoubliables. Hautement recommandé!!

Très belle maison de vacances

La maison très spacieuse est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Très beau jardin avec vue magnifique, grande piscine chauffée parfaite pour grande famille.Merci à Colette, très réactive en cas de problème et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons probablement !

Toller Ort, nette Vermieter

Wir hatten mit 13 Personen (davon 6 Kindern) einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus. Das Wetter war durchwachsen, im Haus gab es aber genug Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder und Entspannen für die Erwachsenen. Garten und Pool sind klasse. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Une semaine de vacances dans une villa spacieuse, toute la famille a pu profiter de la piscine chauffée, du terrain de pétanque, mais aussi d'une région superbe. Les propriétaires sont d'une très grande gentillesse et très attentionnés.

tolles Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Wir waren mit der kompletten Familie, 9 Personen über 3 Generationen im Haus und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist wirklich super für große Gruppen ausgestattet, sehr liebevoll und hochwertig dekoriert. Ein großer Innen- und Außenbereich gibt genug Raum für alle. Es gab außen mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool mit dem tollen Meerblick ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön, alle hatten ihren Spaß. Der Kontakt und die Übergabe mit Colette und ihrem Mann war sehr gut. Sie haben alles gut erklärt und waren ansprechbar während des kompletten Aufenthaltes. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Tolles Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern, aber etwas außerhalb

Das Ehepaar Dumas ist sehr nett und wir durften bereits früher einchecken. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig und Madame Dumas stand jederzeit telefonisch zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat typisch provencalischen Charme; die Bäder sind teilweise renoviert; WC und Dusche manchmal getrennt. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und der Wohnbereich riesig und wunderschön hergerichtet. Die Außenbereiche verfügen über einen großen Pool, einen sehr großen Terrassenbereich, Boulefläche, Grill- und Außenküche. Hervorstechendes Merkmal ist der fantastische Blick bis zum Meer und die Hügellandschaft. Einziges kleines Manko, dessen man sich bewusst sein sollte, ist die recht versteckte Lage des Hauses im Hinterland; hier bekamen wir aber eine detaillierte Anfahrtsbeschreibung der Vermieter. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vielen Dank an das Ehepaar Dumas!
