"I am trying to get a duplicated payment, which was taken from Serramar reception in error and am having IMMENSE dificultirmes trying to have the payment reimbursed. My messages aren't being answered and am unable to contact the Serramar via telephone."

"The shower head was broken. I reported it and by morning they gave us a new one. A small TV which was busted but we could care less. The staff were generally nice and responsive. We never stay in Hostals but Malaga is full of tourists and price are elevated too much. "

"Our stay at Nono's Apartments was lovely. Both the bedroom and the living room were spacious, clean and had lots of natural light. Also, we had a little patio with lounges outside our bedroom. Definitely would recommend it! "
