"The condo is gorgeous, very clean and well stocked. One of the most beautiful condos we have stayed in. Communication was difficult and this could be improved by having a phone number to call or text instead of relying on email. It took days and almost a dozen emails to get late check out approved. We were not advised until check in day that pool was not usable. But would stay again in a heartbeat because of the comfort, beauty and amenities the condo provides."

"Our rental was cancelled at 1.30am on the day of our arrival. We were asleep at that time (as most people are at 1.30am), and that day we were traveling to visit our dying father.
