"It has been a few years since I last visited the Hotel and although there are areas that may seem dated in comparison to a very modern hotel, I would not change a thing. This Hotel is special, I love the atmosphere created by the sheer variety and colour of the buildings, filled with character and excitement. So many pools to choose from, there is so much space and there is no-one putting out towels to bag a bed. The staff are wonderful and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and the beds most comfortable. The Hotel provides a mini bar and some treats for purchase however they also provide water on a daily basis, free treats (which were just lovely), an evening turn down service with complimentary chocolates and the bathroom is stocked with excellent products. The selection of food at breakfast is amazing, I can't think of any item of food that was not on offer or not available upon request, a great way to start the day. There is nightly entertainment and although I didn't take advantage of it, there is an observatory too. It's one of my favourite Hotels and I will be returning next year if not before. It was a simply wonderful stay and I can't recommend it enough."

"This was an utterly gorgeous hotel. I just took one point off of facilities since it could be challenging to book a table in the restaurant and there wasn’t any entertainment or much in the way of communal spaces for the evening, which is sometimes nice to have when you are holidaying solo. The staff were wonderful though, as were the rooms and bed. I’ll definitely be back."

"We had a wonderful stay overall. The spa was excellent, the room was beautiful, spacious and perfectly clean, and the swimming pools and surroundings were absolutely stunning. The only disappointing part of our stay was the restaurant, “Le Top”. Unfortunately, the staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The atmosphere felt quite stressful, and the service was not as warm or attentive as we would expect from a 5-star hotel. Apart from the experience at the restaurant, everything was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. The setting, facilities and room were all outstanding. We would simply hope for a more pleasant and professional service at the restaurant in the future."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it’s always my first choice when I’m in the area. I know what to expect here and generally always have a lovely stay. This time I did have a bit of an issue getting a late checkout. I had to push quite a bit for it, as initially the staff didn’t seem keen to allow it even though rooms were available. It was eventually sorted, which I appreciated. I then had a couple of issues with the key cards not working, but these were dealt with quickly and everything was sorted within around 15 minutes. Overall, still a lovely hotel and somewhere I’ll continue to come back to. The issues were a little frustrating at the time, but they wouldn’t stop me staying again."

"I had an exceptional stay. The hotel excels in every detail: the rooms were immaculate thanks to housekeeping staff who even folded my clothes neatly, the food was excellent, and the team was genuinely attentive. The pool area has a wonderful atmosphere, and the ice cream deserves special mention—it was outstanding"
