"Appartamento grazioso, pulito e in ottima posizione. Vicino alla spiaggia (3 minuti a piedi!) e alla via principale della Caletta dove si trovano i principali negozi (supermercato, ristoranti, pizzerie, locali, farmacia...), tutti raggiungibili senza dover usare l'auto. Proprietario cortese e disponibile. La Caletta è un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare quella meravigliosa parte di Sardegna. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene!"

Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Bedingt durch die Hanglage weht immer Wind auf dem Balkon. Die anliegenden Wohnungen und Häuser sind derzeit noch in unterschiedlichen Bauphasen.
