"Very nice villa with very spacious bedrooms- mostly en suite and attractive outdoor space including shady eating area. Beds very comfortable and aircon is quiet and very effective. Walking distance to Lu impostu beach and a couple of restaurants but a car is essential I would say as the villa is well outside San Teodoro. Villa manager Chiara was very helpful and friendly over WhatsApp including assistance with problems of our own making (forgotten items etc) - excellent service. Also v flexible around check in and out - much appreciated. As mentioned to Chiara there are a few areas for improvement. A villa manual would help with finding/operating things including the satellite tv as the intro to the villa by the housekeeper is very quick and in Italian. The contents of the kitchen cupboards and equipment need a complete overhaul- many multiples of some items (seems like a catering store) and insufficient others eg water glasses, sharp knives. Some items eg table coverings, damaged cutlery need replacing. All in all however a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful area. Thank you!"

"It’s a really beautiful place. Pools were a super addition and their private beach was beautiful. They offered a free shuttle to the beach which was helpful as it’s about a 20 min walk from the rooms. The onsite restaurant is really great and they offer take away which was handy as sometimes we wanted to stay in the room and relax. We had the pleasure of staying in a small cabin and it was gorgeous for a couple of romantic nights with my partner. It was quiet, great bathroom and comfy bed. Very clean and a beautiful sea view. The only downside is the check in time of 5pm. We arrived early and they did allow us to use the facilities whilst we waited, and said we would be contacted if the room was ready before, it wasn’t. Which seemed quite long but it was still okay. Check out is 10am which seems crazy for a 5pm check in. That’s the only downside. Really great stay. Would stay again."

"The Pool and Beach was amazing, the property was amazing. However if you do not speak Italian this property is hard to enjoy. "

"The outside communal areas were clean and functional with good views of the mountains, the pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms were tired and could do with an upgrade. The female bar staff were somewhat surly, but the male staff were friendly. The all inclusive system was a challenge in itself and could do with being streamlined! Overall though a nice week was had, but will not be returning. "
