A charming 1900_built villa, spacy and comfortable (300 m2), ideally purposed for family or friendly meetings:
- Ground floor: double living room (45 m²) suited with TV(DVD), dining room, kitchen, WC;
-1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath;
-2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, WC.
Located 7 km away from the sea, amid a vast garden of 3000 m2, with courtyard, outbuilding and parking.
View of the marshes of Bessin and the countryside.
Enjoy both the calm of the countryside, the animation of the sea (sailing, swimming, fishing ..), tourist animations, sports (horse riding, golf, tennis) and gastronomic (do not miss the fish market of Grandcamp, 10 minutes by car) from the region.

Great place!

We loved the house, central in the region and close to the beaches. It was clean and the communication with the key keeper was great thanks to Google translate. The garden was big enough for a stroll. Only the imagination of our children got better of them, some where scared as it had mysterious rooms and a "hidden door" in the toilet. ;-).

la maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle , idéale pour passer un Week-end au calme pour 12 personnes les chambres sont bien adaptées pour 6 couples les utilités intérieures et extérieures conviennent a passer un temps convivial ( tables , terrain ) avec beaucoup d'espace la propriété est bien située entre terre et mer pour profiter de balades très bon contact avec la propriétaire et la dame chargée de l'accueil . Nous avons appréciés de pouvoir adapter nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ merci florence

Un weekend de rêve à la Cambe, le logement est très bien équipé en vaisselle, ustensiles, jeux d’extérieur, barbecue etc. Le grand salon est très agréable. Tous les invités étaient prêts à renouveler l’expérience.

Charme et inconvénients de l’ancien

L’extérieur de la maison est parfait. Maison agréable, chambre du second vieillotte . Literie pas confortable deuxième étage . La cuisine n’est pas fonctionnelle. Manque des ustensiles de cuisine casserole et poêle. Le frigo était en panne. L’immense salon est vraiment agréable.

Alles war prima!

Es ist ein sehr großes, schönes Haus mit großem Garten, und Alles ist so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist alt, aber voll funktionsfähig - und der Preis ist sehr gut! Die Spülmaschine war kaputt, die Vermieterin hat sie sofort und unkompliziert ausgetauscht! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Prévoir quelques améliorations…

Une très jolie demeure , très bien située , qui convenait parfaitement pour les volumes et la répartition des chambres . Un gros bémol cependant sur la propreté des locaux, de la vaisselle des ustensiles de cuisine , pas de chauffage en cette période encore humide et vraiment les literies sont à changer ! Pas de difficultés pour ce qui concerne l’accueil . Nous avons cependant passé un très bon week end .

Propriété idéalement située par rapport aux plages de débarquement mais confort succinct et odeur de "renfermé" à notre arrivée. Linge de toilette et de lits non fournis. Personne à l'accueil et au départ pour état des lieux. Dommage car très bon contact avec la propriétaire au Tél.

Wonderful house and gardens with great feeling of space.

Only draw backs were the requirement to take our own linen, which was a pain, and no WiFi. Also directions to the place were a little vague as our Sat nav struggled to locate it.

Grandes chambres , salon double , belle SAM , tout le confort pour accueillir petits et grands , tout le monde y a trouvé son compte en terme d’espace , cuisine bien équipée , on a pu profiter du jardin et déjeuner dehors , on a beaucoup apprécié cette belle demeure .Nous avons faits de belles visites , La pointe du Hoc , Bayeux , les plages , et une très jolie promenade dans le marais avec observation de cigognes .
