"Our stay at Villa Coco Mar was fantastic! The grounds are kept well and the property is beautiful. I stayed in the second building and had my own outdoor shower which I thought was pretty nice. The bidet didn’t really work on the toilet but the rest of the room was clean and comfortable with its own AC. Plenty of space in the room and the bed was comfortable. we had 19 people in our group and this was the perfect place to feel relaxed. Most of our time was spent by the pool and the kitchen area. The sauna was great and the pool was perfect. We had a little trouble with the hot tub as it would not get very warm during our stay. It was also hard to get in for the older people because of the big step. There were also no railings to get into the pool or hot tub so that was a minus for our people that had trouble walking. Being right on the ocean was the main reason why I chose this spot. It was so nice to just go out the gate and step onto the sandy beach! The real gem is the people that make it such a great experience! My first contact was with Dean, the owner. He was very helpful in answering all the questions that we had. When we arrived at the resort, Juan the manager was there to greet us and he coordinated everything such as taxi travel and food. Juana, Paulino, Daniela, and Marielin made DELICIOS food every day and Marleni kept our drinks full! The rest of the staff was so nice to us too and kept us relaxed, clean, and safe. We loved it here and hope to go back!"

"The menu was the same as last time I stayed, they didn’t have a few parts that the menu had. But it wasn’t bad, I didn’t use the pool, it was only for one night and we got there late and tired, last time we did use it. "

"Raymonde and Andre’ place was pretty much perfect for a mid-winter getaway from the snows and temps of Michigan! We loved the location right on the beach. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We also liked that it was close to town but just far enough away to get out of the main hussle. We’re already making plans to return next year!"

"The property was very clean. The rooms were nice with good water flow in the showers. Just wished that there were screens on the windows to feel the ocean breeze . The food and the staff were amazing."

"Ana from the start provided quick ongoing communication. We did not have electricity which was not her fault however generator back up was not very reliable. Highly suggest since this is a regular occurance that you provide candles/flash lights or suggest to your guest that they bring these itmes with them. House was very spacious meeting our groups needs; however villa needs to be better maintained. I would highly recommend a microwave."

"We had a large group of 18. The rooms were all cleaned each day. We had one a/c unit go out and a new one was installed that day. The pool and hot tub were cleaned each day as well. We use the all inclusive plan and this works great for a large group. The dinners were excellent and staff were great. The all inclusive drinks were a definite plus. The ocean was rough for three days, but then we got some nice calm days to enjoy the surf. Beach walks were very nice. Our host Nina made sure we had everything we needed from transportation, golf, massages and dinner reservations. Overall our group had a fantastic time."
