"The shuttle was a lifesaver. The driver was friendly and tracking the shuttle through the app helped alot. The room was nice and comfortable with the biggest TV I've ever seen in a hotel. "We arrived 45 minutes before check in started. They were happy to store our bags until then. Check in was easy and quick. The property from outside and the lobby looked really good. We asked about the Expedia gold benefit of a free bottle of wine and they informed us it was already in the room. We also got our room upgraded without asking which was excellent. We had a kitchen with fridge and microwave. Room was big, tidy and cozy. Staff was great. We stored our bags till 5pm. Check out is perfectly at midday. Area outside property looks a bit shady but nobody bothered us. Also, really good location within 10 mins walk of 2 subway stations. Would go back! Highly recommend. "

"We loved our stay at this charming, quirky hotel! The room was immaculately clean, the staff very kind (including the resident dogs) and patient with our seventh-grade French, the neighborhood full of character and shops, and we found we were within easy walking distance of the Louvre, Notre Dame and other tourist things we wanted to see. Loved it and would happily stay again. "
