"A pleasantly surprising stay in the Saumur/ Doué-la-Fontaine area of the Loire. This property while modern is a gem, we benefited from a comfortable clean and pleasant family room, with a window opening up onto their rear garden area. Woke up to birdsong and quiet , and a great breakfast in their large conservatory. Service excellent and helpful. "La chambre n'avait pas d'air climatisé et avec la température qu'il fait en France c'est une nécessité, j'ai été incapable de dormir avec la chaleur insoutenable de la chambre. Aussi j'ai dû faire le tour de la propriété pour pouvoir faire un check out tôt à 6:30 car il n'y avait personne pour me servir. J'ai remis la clé au responsable du déjeuner dans la cuisine."
