"Loved our overnight stay at this historic hotel in perfectly situated in the old town with its own small car park. All the staff were friendly and helpful , breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh orange juice , homemade pastries and local preserves. Our room was large with traditional furniture / furnishings including a very comfortable four poster bed - no air conditioning but several fans , and a large modern bathroom ."

"we arrived and we’re greeted very well. The access to water and snacks and information was excellent. 24 hours a day! And easy walk in and out of all of the important areas and close to the train station for a quick move to your next travel destination. we enjoyed Troyes their food and their fun and very interesting museums"

"Great spacious room, super comfy bed. Really friendly and helpful staff, free parking and an easy walk to get something to eat and to the shopping outlet. The shower does make the whole bathroom wet if not careful but again, lots of space. Definitely worth the money and would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"Great location for exploring the city (easy to find near the Cathedral). Lovely rooms although no small sink in the separate toilets. Staff very helpful although in the bar often stretched due to demands. Lovely breakfast (you can order eggs) but surprisingly only bar snacks in the evening. Would stay again as we didn’t get time to try the spa."
