"Nice hotel could do with better entrance signage. Staff helpful and friendly. Room not the biggest but ample for a short stay. Would recommend."

"A charming hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff. A good place for a solo traveller. Although, it's a little way out of town, it has a good size car park, a complimentary mini bus service, that goes into town twice in the morning and returns twice a day and a bus stop virtually opposite the entrance. Was glad I was warned about the lack of air conditioning, so I brought a small fan which I needed despite being able to leave the French windows to my balcony open. The choice of hot food at the breakfast was the best I've ever seen. I did my best to try most of it but would have needed a far longer stay. The free trip around the island was a delightful surprise. The mini bus driver was so full of interesting stories and help to find places to visit."

Driftwood Inn

"Very helpful , moved our booking too when Condor Ferry cancelled the boat. Great base for cycling and walking around the island. Inn had a room to keep our bikes inside over night . Staff were amazing and went over and above to help. Drifters restaurant ,with the sunset views over the bay offered a wide choice of excellent food. We will be back."

"Room very clean and breakfast very good Position of hotel and good for town and bus terminal We booked a deluxe twin room which was much smaller than expected had no air conditioning and shower pressure very poor. Beds comfortable and location quiet though. Staff (especially breakfast ones) were very friendly and helpful. A mini fridge would have been an improvement."
