The room was spotless, and the staff, especially Mari, was very helpful. The food was excellent, and my room had a breathtaking view. The only downside was that the room lock never worked, which forced us to exit through the window.

Staff were nice and attentive. When we arrived, they informed us our room didn’t have AC. The breakfast options are very limited. They offer corn flakes or toast. For a Dominican breakfast like “mangú” etc. You will have to pay extra. Plus an additional 28% fee on anything you consume at the restaurant.

Second time here. This is an amazing property, some renovation seems to be going on and my favorite pool was closed. Hope to be back, they should accept online payments to make it easier for customers

This was a beautiful hotel, very nice and quiet. Very helpful staff. We had a very relaxing time. The food at the restaurant was great. I loved the vibes, the view of beach, the pool area. We don't speak much Spanish but the owner/manager spoke english, was very nice and helpful, and was always hanging around. He gave us some tips on some activities in the area. We ended up going to a natural pool down the road, Balneario Villa Miriam. It was beautiful.

FILTHY, DINGY, DEPRESSING & FLY INFESTED. We did not stay! Would rather throw myself off of a cliff into the Atlantic instead. We pity the kind owner. Such wasted gorgeous views.

Aweful! From check in to check out. The staff does everything via texts to who knows who. Forget about resting, room are hot as hell, no running water in room (had to go to another persons room to brush), pool is unusable and the staff has no sense of hospitality. Of all the hotels I have stayed in Barahona this is by FAR the worst; stay away and save your money. Overpriced for no reason.

Amazing property, beautiful, nice, and clean, only negative was that there is not AC, other than that I love how clean it was. Another negative, the restaurant has a dish that I ordered for $800 pesos and the lady at the restaurant charged double the price for the tourist, I ended up paying almost $2,000 for the dish and one small beer. Keep an eye on your orders and if possible take a picture of the menu when you order. Or just go eat elsewhere. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Me encantó el hotel, la ubicación es de fácil acceso, y lo que más me gustó fue la habitación asignada con su propia piscina. El desayuno fue excelente y lo preparan al momento. Me gustó mucho que el hotel tiene la playa a metros y es muy fascinante. Las atenciones son muy buenas y muy amables con el servicio. El hotel es excelente para ir en familia y en pareja . Recomendado 100 por ciento

Absolutely terrible experience. Every single service was awful from beginning to end. The management treated us with complete disrespect and showed no interest in resolving any issue. We were charged extra fees that were never disclosed and ended up paying more than the amount originally agreed for the reservation, which felt dishonest and completely unacceptable. The food was terrible, and to make matters worse, there were times without proper water service even for basic needs like showering. No matter how many times we complained, nobody took responsibility or made any real effort to help. Whenever I requested to speak with a manager or property administrator, there was always an excuse — they were never available, not answering calls, or supposedly too busy to respond. It felt impossible to get any real support or accountability. Honestly and sincerely, I recommend anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. If you do not want unexpected charges, poor treatment, and a frustrating experience, avoid this property and choose another option instead.

Creo que deben de tener parqueo para vehículos eléctricos y en la zona del restaurante toma corriente para poder conectar los celulares y las computadoras mas también aires acondicionado en la habitaciones que con el calor que hace cualquiera pierde 10 kilos de peso .
