"The room was small, dark and no place to really put one’s bags away. The lighting system was frustrating to use. Shower was pretty good. But even on the 17th floor you could hear the club playing music and trying to sleep was impossible. Had I known I would not have stayed here. If your here to party it’s a great place but not for families with small kids or for tournaments where you need to get sleep."

"Sink has a kinda weird design. Water would bounce out if hands were positioned at an angle. Nice place. Clean, nice staff. Wallet kinda pricey but good service. Close walk to convention center"

"The hotel was clean with very nice staff and a good breakfast. However the area surrounding the hotel was awful with drug use in sight and scary looking people surrounding us. Hotel staff advised us to not walk outside of hotel. Uber driver waited until we entered hotel until he left. Sad as the hotel staff were so nice and facility ver clean "

"The location was great and the rooftop terrace and pool were lovely. The front desk team should advise guests at check in that it’s only accessible via a separate service elevator. Be sure to walk through the LA Central Library next door. Its interior is amazing. There are free docent tours available on certain days/times of the week. Breakfast and room service started at 7am which was later than we would have preferred since we had to leave at 7am to make it to our business meetings. The bathroom needs a towel rack or retractable line. There is only one hook and no where to hang towels and the bath mat which means they’re in a wet mess on the counter. The Hotel only provides housekeeping every two days which means you have to request new towels (and coffee pods) be delivered to your room. I would have been happy to use the same towels during my stay if there had been a rack or retractable line to hang them so they could dry. The bed and pillows were comfortable however the design is not accessible for people with mobility challenges. It’s on a low platform which makes it challenging to get in and out of bed. One of my colleagues had an injury and was staying in an accessible room which had the same low platform bed as the other rooms. There really should be a rubber bath mat or grab bar in the showers for anti-slip purposes. Otherwise consider using a hand towel on the shower floor for extra grip. The bar fridge didn’t keep food or drinks cold. "
