Apartment 1.5 km from the village center. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets. It is located at Crêt du Merle, 200 meters from the ski slopes. Easy access to the village by car or shuttle, with a stop 400 meters from the chalet. Quiet with a good exposure and a very beautiful view.
LIVING ROOM of 16.50 m²: a sofa bed for 2 persons (140), television, windows and French door leading to a terrace of 14 m². Terrace table and chairs in summer.
KITCHEN of 7 m² equipped: sink, 3-burner gas stove + 1 electric burner + oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with 170L freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliances, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment,
BATHROOM of 3 m²: sink, towel dryer, bathtub, separate toilet,
ROOM 1 of 15 m² 2 SINGLE BEDS (90), wardrobe, window,
LAUNDRY ROOM: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
EQUIPMENT: ski lockers. In summer: swings, ping pong table, darts, shared petanque
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Possibility of renting the "Alpée 2" apartment for 4 people, with connecting door.

Optional services not included:
- Pet allowed (limited to one), supplement of 25 € for stays up to 10 nights, then 25 € per additional 10-night period (capped at 100 €) to be paid on-site.

Bien situé et spacieux mais vieillot

L'emplacement, l'espace, le côté indépendant (accès privé unique, casier à skis etc) La pièce principale est vraiment trop sombre, un peu déprimante... ce qui n'est pas le but en vacances...
