Apartment on the first level of a two-level residence, with 8 apartments, built in 1981, located 200 meters from the green ski slope of Var and 2 km from the center of LA CLUSAZ. 150 m from a free ski bus stop. Quiet, beautiful view.

ENTRANCE: 3 m2 (tiled floor),

LIVING ROOM: (tiled floor) 13 m2, 1 sofa, television, French door leading to a South and East balcony, magnificent view of the mountains,

KITCHEN AREA: sink, 3-burner vitroceramic cooktop, oven/microwave, refrigerator, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, filter and capsule coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen items

BATHROOM: 2 m2, a sink, a bathtub, separate toilet,

BEDROOM: (parquet floor) 8 m2, double bed (140), east window, wardrobe,

MEZZANINE: very attic-like, 3 single beds in 90, baby bed.

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
