Nice hotel overall, stunning outlook on the lake but the hotel is very dated and needs a refurb to make it a true 5* hotel and experience. Location is ideal, staff helpful and friendly. Pool & jacuzzi a little on the cold side - Disappointed that you had to pay for the steam room.
