"The rooms were clean but we were just at the Scottsdale Stay Bridge and it was much nicer facility, felt cleaner and did not smell bad. Compared to this one Phoenix I would not stay at again. Breakfast was not cooked as well as the Scottsdale location. The staff seemed like they were rushed and not helpful at the Phoenix location."

"The front desk staff are among the worst I’ve ever experienced… uninterested and can’t be bothered, cold and unfriendly “Ela”. The free breakfast is only available for a short window of time and social happy hour is basic but both are a nice added touch to the overall experience. The breakfast options varied day to day and was very nice. The staff working the breakfast and social hour and room service support were among the friendliest and hard working I’ve seen. The room was spacious and clean....
