Absolutely loved our stay at the Chateau Valmer. The property is beautiful and the pool and it's garden were so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are decorated in a provencal style that suits the region, but with modern bathrooms. The food in the garden restaurant by the pool is wonderful and the breakfast buffet on the terrace is delicious and well appointed. The hotel provides guests with a free shuttle that takes you to their sister hotel by the beach (which is 5 mins by car or 8-10 mins walk) or to any of the restaurants on that part of the beach. The hotel itself has a fine dining gourmet dinner with many awards and accolades. Book in advance as they tend to get booked up quickly. The vegetables provided at the hotel mostly come from their own vegetable garden that you can visit behind the hotel. We also had amazing massages and foot reflexology at the spa of the hotel. The whole staff was professional yet extremely friendly and helpful with reservations and everything else. They truly went above and beyond in meeting expectations and providing excellent customer service. We spent an amazing week here and I cannot wait to come back next year.

Overall, a wonderful stay in a luxury hotel where nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Even the mini-van drivers who will drop you at local restaurants were good company and very helpful. Indoor and outdoor pools, very smart spa, Michelin-starred food. Two very minor gripes: (1) unless you book the restaurant well in advance - at the chateau or its sister place 500 metres away on the beach - then they are fully booked and not available even to residents. And (2), getting a coffee at breakfast took on average three times of asking, it just didn’t seem to register with staff. Wonderful breakfast otherwise.

Excellent séjour au Château de Valmer très joliment décoré avec un personnel attentif à satisfaire vos demandes La suite junior en duplex est une perte d'argent car vous ne profitez absolument pas du salon situé au dessus de la chambre et le service au restaurant La Palmeraie est très long avec des jeunes gens sympathiques mais qui ont encore beaucoup à apprendre. Cependant nous nous sommes régalé des plats élaborés par le chef qui mérite vraiment son étoile au Michelin. Enfin les espaces autour de l'hôtel et l'allée bordées de palmiers vers la mer sont un ravissement pour les yeux

Très bel hotel situe dans un domaine magnifique, calme et propre. De plus, le 2eme hotel faisant partiaux meme groupe est idéalement situe sur une plage prive avec accès aux clients du chateau.

Die Unterkunft im Baumhaus ist ziemlich rustikal aber romantisch. Zu beachten ist, dass die Platzverhältnisse und der Komfort ziemlich eingeschränkt sind. So ist wenig Stauraum vorhanden, ebenso kann nicht auf einen Kühlschrank und Safe gezählt werden. Die Konsequenz der Unterkunft waren bei uns, dass der Kofferinhalt auch nach Tagen stark nach 'Natur gerochen' hat. Das reichhaltige Frühstück haben wir wiederum sehr genossen. Zum Strand des Partnerhotels mit gratis Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen geht es ungefähr einen Kilometer, wobei vom Hotel ein Shuttlebus angeboten wurde. Mit einem Preis von Fr. 687.50 pro Nacht inkl. Frühstück, sowie Steuern und Gebühren ein doch eher teures Vergnügen in punkto Preis/Leistung

Bei Ankunft war leider weit und breit kein Kofferträger in Sicht....ungünstig gelegene Parkplätze, viele Autos waren voller Nadeln und Blätter, und noch schlimmer: Harz und Vogelkot auf den Fahrzeugen! Sehr gutes Restaurant.

acc ueil du réceptionniste un peu loupé a indiqué que la wi-fi n'était pas possible dans le logement dans les arbres heureusement une collègue a rattrapé la bourde le lendemain petit-déjeûner assez moyen je trouve - dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de télévision
