"Area in stairs, corridors had people hanging around and playing music. Loud music playing in adjacent bedrooms until 2am. The agent Duquesa Estates offered no help, we paid for 6 nights, left after 1 night. The 1 star I give was the key collection was straightforward. "

"We like this light airy apt with wonderful sea view. It has a nice feel and within very easy access of the harbour bars and restaurants. Love the hanging chair We struggle with access especially carrying shopping as car housed in another building. Door access to Calle Real really heavy and stiff. Difficult with baths only as really need a walk in shower. Oven cloth needed and a large pan. Still love it and have rebooked. Appreciate the prompt attention from DuQuesa Estates."

"This is a well-equipped apartment with nice little touches upon arrival.In our opinion, this is an apartment for the cooler months as there is no air conditioning. We needed a bit of cool air at night in November so we dread to think how uncomfortable it could be in the warmer months.The apartment looks tired and could do with updating noting the rust in one of the bath tubs, tired decor and main door lock that rattles and and shutters that don't lock properly.The apartment is well located and the memory foam beds are a major plus."

"Wow, this property is amazing. The pictures really dont do it justice. Balcony views were fabulous, we spent lots of time just looking out to sea! The air con worked brilliantly and was well needed, great tv channels and sofas and beds were very comfortable. Communication with Tony was fabulous, the check in and out was very easy.The apartment, pools and grounds were immaculate, everywhere was so clean. A ten minute walk away is a square with english bars and restaurants. Twenty minutes walk away is the marina with approximately 30 bars and restaurants. We will definitely come again.Thank you Tony."

"Well located in a quiet location, yesterday close enough to the bustling port of La Duquesa. Supermarket about 15 mins walk away. Beach one minute walk. Sabinillas is around ten to fifteen minutes stroll through the port and along the paseo where there are lots of local shops and restaurants."
