"Nice clean friendly staff, everything nice beside the lifts are terrible very slow need more lifts no number on lifts on floors so you don’t know where they are. Food was ok not used to olive oil cooking all time and there desserts not enough sugar"

"Hotel was good and nice location. We were given a room on the 16th as we wanted a double (that we booked) and not a twin. great views But after a certain time the bass from the music from the Sky Bar leaks through the soundproofed room and gradually gets louder. I wished the reception would have mentioned this at the time. The last night there was a private party I think as it started at 4pm and finished at 10pm and this was booming We would have been out of the room normally from 7pm but had an early flight etc etc. Pity residents can’t get a table in the Sky Bar after a certain time if you have the evening meal there at 7pm and arrive on the 17th floor for a few drinks it was roped off and after a short while of looking like a div decided as staff were busy elsewhere to get a drink in another hotel nearby. I would stay again Eat out earlier and get to the Sky Bar at 6pm 😎"

"TV antenna not working. Cooked breakfast very limited, only bacon and chopped up sausages. Rest of the food was good quality if you like continental breakfast"

"Our 1 night stay was perfect. The view from the room was amazing and the room itself was spacious and clean. Although the hotel is little further to walk from the Old Town, it’s worth it as there are some lovely bars & cafes along the route. A special mention to the guy on reception who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I’d recommend to anyone, it’s lovely"

"Reservation made 12 ago and specifically asked for a quiet room- given a room above school with kids shouting. They allocated me after argument to a mother room opposite a wall no view or light but a quiet so I agreed. The next day I have put the cleaning sing on door and left for a day trip - returned 5 pm and I was the only room that has end been cleaned - terrible attitude. Hotel is well located on beach and breakfast was good "
