"Everything. 10/10. "

"This is a noisy area, including aqua aerobics around the pool every day and music in the front and back of the hotel. So if you want to be in that sort of area, it's great. Room was soundproof but there was no air conditioning. We were led to believe access to the spa was included but it was an extra 17 euros per entry. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was great and generally we had a good time. "

"Barceló team members were outstanding and provided great service. Breakfast and dinner buffets consistently showed a very good quality. Room air conditioner only able to keep the room at about 75 degrees F (24 C) and bathroom/ room ventilation didn’t work very well at all, but balcony was outstanding and was able to sleep cool enough with balcony slider open all night once the sun went down."

"A lovely resort but if you did want to eat in the non-buffet restaurants in the evening it is challenging to book! However there are some really lovely local restaurants serving delicious food in the town - just a short walk away. It is surprising that a 5 star resort doesn’t offer complimentary water for guests in the room. Or offer water fountains around the resort to ensure that guests stay hydrated. However the resort is lovely. "

Food was good but some things could be a little better if I were to be picky, like the fries were not really crispy, some potatoes were undercooked. "Only marked down on condition due to the property closing mid jan 2023 for 9 month refurb. Definitely looked tired and in need of upgrade. But this didn't detract from our enjoyable stay in clean comfortable freindly hotel in perfect location"

"Good rooms spoilt by noisy traffic. Essentially you are getting a fully serviced luxury villa plus some public areas typical of the hotel. The gardens are lush and the rooms lavish. There is much to entertain the eye, the hotel designer seems to have had an extravagant budget and the rooms are crammed with a melange of elegant objects. Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms!
