"Quite a small room in the outside area, but we were only there for one night. There was a dehumidifier in the room that randomly came on day and night. We think it was to dry out a damp wall. The toilet was a very small space, with almost not enough room. The dinner and breakfast were very good."

"Only an overnight stop. Great and secure parking. Easy to get to the tram. Great staff and a good breakfast. Great bed and aircon. Kettle in the room. Bit tired and there is currently a drains issue it seems impacting the smell in the shower room. Everything we needed."

"This property was fabulous! The rooms were well-maintained, the property grounds themselves were beautiful and the breakfast was incredible. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Room was so much better than we expected as it was a suite with 2 bedrooms rather than 4 beds in one. Made our stay much better. Location was brilliant for walking into the city. Staff were incredibly helpful, letting us put things in the freezer overnight. We only stayed one night to break up a journey south but would definitely recommend."

"A bit tough to get into late. No front desk. Rooms were fine. Not together. Kids down the hall. Breakfast was terrible, but that seems a B&B thing. Been to several. All terrible. "
