We had been grocery shopping and had to throw away nearly everything because we couldn't find a similar property with a fridge nearby. It was 8pm at night, and we had been driving 10 hours. We were exhausted. Customer Service wasn't helpful. At all. The scammers were very clever though - the key box code worked, but they changed the locks, so none of the keys worked.
