"Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing…much needed! The only complaint is that Expedia says it is 42 minutes away from Nevados de Chillan ski resort. We planned our ski trip around this information and were disappointed to learn that the drive was almost 2 hours. Driving a total of almost 4 hours each day to ski was too much. Oh.annd be careful with google maps. It lead me to the wrong entrance…it was confusing. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Me quedé bien aquí, creo que es la mejor opción de Concepción. El personal es muy amable y les gusta ayudar a sus huéspedes. La comida en la noche es excelente, las habitaciones y sus camas muy cómodas. ¡Gracias!"
