"House was as described and what we expected. Very new and well kept with pretty much any amenity you could possibly need. View from the back decks was great. Beds were comfortable. Having the boat slip down the hill is convenient. One warning would be to look into renting or bringing your own side-by-side UTV or golf cart as the trek up and down is significant. There is a small landing down the hill where you can park your car, but there's still a last hill to trek before you get to the slip....
