"Monica was the friendliest most enthusiastic host we’ve stayed with. Everything from her greeting to the amazing breakfast was perfect. She does a lot of baking, so the breakfast was really a treat and you could also get eggs cooked in various ways. The room was a little small but very comfortable. Parking was on the street, but it was fairly close and easy."

She takes pride in her business and making sure her guests are well taken care of. She called our taxi, then walked with us and stayed until we got in.

The only thing was the elevator with the grated platform you must walk across to get to the door really made us feel uneasy.

"The agriturismo is at the edge of San Sano, and is about a 15 minute drive into Siena. Its an old farm property surrounded by vineyards. It was a lovely resting place with a nice pool. The staff were very welcoming."
"This was the most picturesque Tuscan inn I could have hoped for! There is a babbling brook in front that helped us fall asleep, the wait staff is so kind and helpful, and taking walks around the property was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The pool is gorgeous and views unrivaled. The private spa was a highlight, with a hot tub, sauna, and Turkish bath. I cannot wait to go back! "

Very elegant and classy. the apartment we stayed in had a nice little patio and killer views of the vineyards, Very clean, organized, and best yard I have seen in a while, with a magnificent refreshing pool. The wine testing offered at the property was a big plus. Property is in the middle of Tuscany area, very rural and a great way to taste the true Italian lifestyle. "There were 8 of us on my 60th Birthday trip. We were fortunate enough to stay in this BEAUTIFUL Tuscan Villa built in the 13th century. SO much history here. It used to be a convent. We did day trips to Siena and Florence(twice) The villa is centrally located to many vineyards. We took a day trip to 3 vineyards and had lunch at Brunello di Montalcino. Very fun! We had a pizza dinna catered at the Villa one night. There are a bunch of bedrooms and the 4 we used were very comfortable and had modern amenities. The host was exceptional. We absolutely LOVED our stay and hope to be back!!!"
