"The hotel is gorgeous directly on the beach and with a gorgeous pool overlooking the beach Short walk from the hotel Breakfast was delicious and well done The staff is poorly trained and the concierge was unorganized Did not make a reservation after he told us it was confirmed He also never returned our message regarding other reservations The front desk was a small table and not a good res presentation of this lovely property They were only open 7 weeks so I do hope they can better train the staff The art work in the lobby and around the property was spectacular I must say the renovation was at the highest level of detail and quality"

"We chose this hotel primarily because of its convenient location close to the airport. On arrival, the check-in staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made for a positive first impression. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing. The only dinner option available was a buffet, which appeared unappetising and lacked freshness. The restaurant itself felt more like a school canteen than a hotel dining venue, while the bar was located three floors away, making the overall layout rather inconvenient. We had booked two Privilege Rooms, but both were showing significant signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness was also a concern, as we found hairs in the bedding that appeared to have been left by previous guests. The towels were heavily worn and looked as though they had been through countless wash cycles. In addition, the air conditioning units in both rooms were extremely noisy and ineffective, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was served in the same third-floor dining area, and unfortunately the experience mirrored our disappointment from the previous evening’s dinner. Overall, while the staff were excellent, the condition of the rooms and the dining facilities fell well below expectations. We were very disappointed with our stay and would not choose to return."
