"We stayed here for the second time in the last year. It is a perfect location and within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Very close to the main shopping area. The staff is wonderful, the accommodations are fabulous and their breakfast is excellent. "

"Mama Shelter Roma is an all around great place to stay on Rome. Steps from Capri Metro station gives you access to all the main sites. The Vatican is only a 15-20 minute walk. The area around the hotel is very quiet with everything you need, ie restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, laundry services and even a barbershop. The hotel staff was professional and very attentive to our needs. The restaurant is ok but the rooftop bar had great food and drinks. with a very cool vibe at night. We had breakfast everyday of our stay due to its convenience before heading out to explore. Breakfast was nothing special but served its purpose. Overall, fantastic stay. Will definitely return if our travels bring us back to Rome. "

"We stayed 5 nights and everything was great! Breakfast was amazing and the ladies in charge were attentive, kind and friendly. The view was beautiful and selection of items varied from hot sctambled eggs, bacon and toast to cold yogurt, fruit, juice and yummy pastries. The concierge was avaialble 24/7 and very helpful as well. They gave us information on how to take the bus, metro and train to Pisa. The also offer a shuttle to and from the airport for a fee. Definitely will stay here on our return trip to Rome! "

"The location of the hotel is great and the Marcus Aurelius sculptures throughout the building are nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk employee named Elmer is awesome!! He is very friendly and was very helpful to us by giving great information of how to use the transportation around the city. We enjoyed our stay very much! "
