"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...

"We arrived in the afternoon after walking Via Francigena all day. It was a bit off trail but well worth the effort. Hopefully you get a chance to have dinner at restaurant onsite. It was truly authentic and the highlight of our three-week journey. The room was clean and more than we expected."

"Complaint! We recently booked the Seven Hills Camping lodge in Rome. You did not book for us what we had requested. All they had for us was a small room with 2 twin beds. Also only a part of the money we sent you went for the booking. We had to pay much more to get a self contained upgrade. Needless to say we were not happy. "I would like to have shampoo and hair conditioner in the room. There was nothing except the body wash and soaps which do not go well with my hair. Other than that, a very nice clean property, close to the beautiful beach and nice small town shopping. Staff very friendly!"
