Cet appartement est correct. Il y aurait bien sûr quelques détails à améliorer mais par rapport aux autres appartements loués dans cette agence, il est mieux. On voit que les propriétaires ont tout-de-même fait certains efforts. Par contre, pas satisfait de la "gestion résidence" : jardiniers avec souffleurs le lundi matin, un voisin qui fait des travaux toute la journée du mercredi avec scie circulaire, merci le bruit, le syndic est d'accord, la Mairie est d'accord donc l'Agence ne peut rien faire... vendredi matin, les jardiniers avec leurs tondeuses, bien sûr il faut entretenir les jardins mais cela pourrait être fait avec des tondeuses électriques à un autre moment de la journée !!! La WIFI, nulle , cela fait 5 ans que je viens à la GM, cela fait 5 ans que de la WIFI est louée mais que ça ne suit pas ... l'Agence le sait, pourtant c'est elle qui loue le service, Bouygues le sait, (je les ai appelés), et tout le monde se renvoie la balle... En France, 5ème puissance mondiale, dans l'un des plus beaux endroits de ce pays, ou l'argent ne manque pas, l'internet qui est pourtant "la norme" et facturé en sus, fonctionne d'une façon acceptable que de 2h à 9h du matin. Après on se demande pourquoi le pays va mal. Exiger que l'internet soit installé d'office dans chaque appartement via le câble, aurait dû être fait il y a bien longtemps. J'avais déjà décidé de ne plus passer mes vacance d'hiver en France (à Avoriaz) à force de tomber sur des appartements dans des états déplorables et avoir comme seule réponse de vos confrères de Hautes-Savoie : mais Monsieur, vous n'avez pas à vous plaindre, la station est complète ... Ici à la GM, endroit que j'adore, la situation n'est pas du tout la même, l'appartement cette fois n'est pas en cause, mais, à contre cœur, j'ai également décidé de passer mes vacances d'été hors de France. Service clientèle : lors de la remise des clés et de mes 2 passages en semaine : Excellent

La résidence est bien située, à 2min de la plage et rue commerçante. L'appartement : odeur d'égouts et aucune lumière (si ce n'est celle du miroir) dans la salle de bain. Trop de meubles et de bibelots inutiles. Les placards sont pleins d'accessoires pas nécessaires ou en double. Il reste donc peu de place pour vos affaires et courses. La piscine est propre mais fermée entre 12h00 et 15h00 et 1 jour par semaine. Information non mentionnée lors de la réservation.

Aangenaam gelegen appartement. De zon dringt nooit te ver door in het appartement dus het wordt nooit te warm. Vier pits kookplaat, en een magnetron zijn aanwezig. Ook een extra kast om je kleding in op te bergen. Alles heerlijk overzichtelijk opgeruimd.In de kamer zijn tevens gordijnen,zodat je niet iedere avond de rolluiken hoeft te laten zakken. Heerlijke week gehad.
