"Although at time of booking they said parking was available, no parking was available when I checked in. I was referred to a street underground parking lot a few mins away. With all the homeless in the area it felt very unsafe to leave my car there. The next day I was able to get parking in the hotel parking lot but it was difficult to get into and leave due to the construction right outside the hotel. The room had no microwave, no water, no tea/coffee and no cleaning of the room was done during our two night stay, apparently it’s only done every 3 days. The bathroom cupboards were chipped and the towel rack was broken. The air conditioner was extremely old and noisy. The wifi didn’t work until our second night. The elevator constantly sounded like it was about to break down. A homeless man walked into the lobby to beg for money while I was waiting for a food delivery and I could see plenty more loitering around the hotel property. Would not stay at this hotel again, I do not recommend."
