It's my home town - my visit was to see family. It is no longer the wonderful little town I grew up in. Although it's a nice town, it's now just like all the other towns with walmart, lots of fast food choices, and no decent restaurants.

Fall in La Grande has beautiful colors. We enjoyed mtn biking trails close by with lots of choices. Unique eateries owned by locals so a good variety.
