"Location is amazing if planning on spending your time at Don Pedro lake it was only a 10 minute commute. The host was fabulous to work with and responded quickly to all questions. A great perk is a dollar general is just down the road for any of those last minute items you may have forgot. The home provided easy access to park with the boat as well. "We stayed on 3rd floor with the parking in front of our room. There was a pool for the kids to play. Everything was nice except for loud neighbors blasting their music at midnight. "

"Everything was great with one exception. The stairs and walkways were very dirty with spills all the way down the stairs in the south east stair well. Please clean the stairs and walkways. The room was nice and clean and big with table and chairs. The pillows were good, the bed was comfortable. The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. The checkin lady was very nice and loaned me a hair dryer for my stay. Overall I would recommend staying here. No frills, but great for the price."
