"Belle grande chambre supposé vue sur le lac par contre on avait plutôt vue sur la piscine extérieur avec tous les gens dedans car à cause des arbres la vue du lac était cachée. En arrivant lorsque nous avons parti l'air climatisée il y avait un bruit tellement fort que nous n'aurions pas pu dormir et enduré ce bruit. Après 2 demandes d'intervention pour réparer ce bruit, cela a été réparé par contre vers 3h00 du matin le bruit a recommencé pour un certain temps après environ 1 heure le bruit a disparu. Pas très intéressant point de vue tranquilité pour dormir. On a aussi demandé d'avoir du savon à main dans la chambre car le réservoir était vide. Nous n'avons jamais reçu le savon et 3e point le lit a des bosses et est vraiment dur. Ce qui fait que nous avons passé une nuit d'enfer. Dommage car c'est un endroit formidable et nous y allions une fois par an depuis plusieurs année. Cette fois nous sommes déçu de notre réservation et ne savons pas si nous y retournerons. "
