This hotel is in a very good location, and the staff were very friendly.
Disappointed by our room, we booked a terrace room, which was cramped and difficult to manoeuvre around the bed. Our terrace was not private and was adjoining another terrace with only a few sparse trees to separate - it was also overlooked by the pool.
The hotel has a lot of events on during our stay and it felt the focus was on those, rather than the guests.
The roof top bar is a lovely setting, but one evening we waited 15 minutes to be seated and the next evening it was out of use due to a private event. Overall a disappointing stay and would not return or recommend.

"Muy bien hotel! Excelente servicio, muy limpio, el cuarto muy amplio las camas muy buenas. El aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso pero soy muy sensible al ruido. El desayuno está muy bueno. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado."
