L’interlocuteur en ligne dépassé par le VF nombre d’appels… à distance… Une réceptionniste présente à certaines heures, qui essaye de faire au mieux avec le sourire, mais qui ne peut suppléer à l’inorganisation. Chambre mal nettoyée et mauvaise odeur (tabagisme?…) avec une Clim très et trop bruyante… Bref à éviter! "

"Très mauvaise expérience à l’Hôtel du Commerce à Cluny. J’ai découvert une punaise de lit vivante sur le lit, près de l’oreiller. J’ai immédiatement pris des photos et vidéos pour preuve. Lorsque je l’ai signalé à la direction, la réaction a été agressive et accusatrice.
