Kitchen was well equipped, price fitted our budget,the host was easy to access and met our request promptly. Our key dissatisfaction is that the bed pillows were far too thick and unyielding. "I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."
