"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is about 20 minutes' walk from the station and close to tram and bus stops. The location was good for getting to the centre of town and the Machines de l'Île. Definitely worth paying a bit extra for a river view as this was wonderful. The room had good and bad points. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed to be very well sound-proofed - there was a student party down the corridor but we couldn't hear it at all! The room was very warm and didn't have...

"I had a delay on my Flight and I arrived around Midnight in the City Center. I Tried to check-in on the Night of 26 to 27 but Nobody answered the Bell - I called the number exhibited at the door and had only automatic messages without any assistance - I am claiming the full refund of the fees paid at Expedia - Regards,"
