"Lovely hotel, think they could offer a local taxi number as very steep walk back and forth to beach, uber was quoting €20 but local firm which we found on last day was €6!!"

"We had a room overlooking the beach which included a small balcony. I suspect that the views from the other rooms along the sides of the hotel were not quite so good. Beach access was easy - just cross the road and you're there. Mainly pebbles & coarse grit, with a few sandy patches. No problem renting a sunbed - plentiful supply. Several restaurants along the seafront, some good, some expensive. The evening buffet in the hotel was very high quality, plenty of choice, and even less expensive than most restaurants. Beach was busy but no rowdy occupants! This is our third visit & we will be back soon. "

Staff addressed us by name from the moment we arrived and couldn’t do enough to help and make us feel welcome. "Food is pretty bad. The pool is nice and there are nice balconies in the rooms. The facility is a bit dated and things are pretty banged up. Its not 5 minutes to the beach more like 20-25 up a sognificant hill. "
