"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

Has a fun theme and all the amenities one needs while wanting to feel at home while away from it. They are kind, helpful, and available for timely communication and information. Would definitely and plan on staying again."
