"Se supone que es una propiedad para hospedar 5 personas, eramos 5 y aun asà cobraron como extra al niño que llevabamos. NO hicieron limpieza del lugar. Como aceptan mascotas el piso aún tenia mucho pelo de perro. Nunca contestan llama telefónica, por lo que la comunicación es bastante limitada. Se que no es único en ese hospedaje, pero inflan bastante sus precios por ser puente o fin de semana. El espacio cómo tal es adecuado pero el servicio es pesimo."

"This was the perfect hotel for our trip! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Omar answered all of our questions very patiently and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to visit. It was close enough to walk to the historical center and other attractions. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop patio and felt like this was our home away from home as we explored the region around Queretaro."
