Welcome to our cozy and secluded studio, perfect for a romantic getaway or solo trip. You'll have your own private entrance and patio, ensuring a peaceful stay. Here are some of the amenities you can expect:
NOTE This is a small space. It is well laid out and functions beautifully. Enjoy

● Kitchen: The unit comes equipped with a kitchen, so you can whip up your favorite meals at any time of the day. We provide basic utensils, pots, pans, and other cooking essentials.

● Full bath: You'll have a full bathroom at your disposal, complete with clean towels and toiletries.

● Comfortable sleeper sectional: The sectional couch is not just for sitting. It also has sleeper modules that are incredibly comfortable and easy to convert. You'll sleep soundly on this cozy sectional. (Sleeps two)

● Well laid out and private: Although the studio is small, it's well laid out to maximize space and provide privacy.

● Parking: Parking ……Most guests park in front where there’s plenty of street parking.

In addition to these amenities, our studio is located in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks away from Windansea, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Listen to the shore break from Neptunes sea cave, walk to Coggan Pool, or take a hike on the "Draper Bridal Trail" to experience the natural beauty of the area.

Cozy, secluded studio with a private entrance and patio. The unit has a kitchen and a full bath. Located in a quiet neighborhood two blocks to Windansea, one of the premiere beaches in the world. Sectional couch has sleeper modules which are extremely comfortable and easy to convert. The studio is small but well laid out and private. We are attentive to your specific needs.

Perfect Location & Great Host!

My sister and I stayed here for a weekend away and had a great time! Thomas was a great host and the studio was in a perfect location - super walkable with plenty nearby and a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay here, it’s a small cozy place in a nice neighborhood with just a short walk to the beach. We have never been to La Jolla before, but we would definitely love to come back. It’s the best location for a relaxing vacation in San Diego.

Great spot for a La Jolla getaway

Loved staying here. It’s close to lots of restaurants and shops, a short bike ride from the beach, and it had all the basics for making breakfast and lunch (stove, toaster, coffee maker). The little outdoor space was nice too

Beach Barber Track Studio

Had a great stay in La Jolla. The place was as advertised. Full kitchen, nice shower, plenty of room. Thomas is a great host. Highly recommend this place for 1-2 people.

Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much, great area and felt very safe. Close to nice and quiet beach but also close to the sea lions! So thankful to have parking! It was very clean and great to have a functioning kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Nice touches like coffee creamer and ice in ample size fridge. Parking spot. Small as advertised but good use of space. Beach is 10 minute walk. Shops and restaurants 5 minute walk. Would stay there again

Good listing for quick getaway

Great stay for a short vacation. The couch/bed wasn’t bad at all and my boyfriend and I slept pretty good. However I was disappointed to see that the pillows and blankets were stained from previous usage, the bathroom just had a liner which had mildew and stains as well. The couch also had stains. Location was great and convenient.

Cozy, clean, great location

Thomas was a most gracious host. Was VERY communicative and informative, attentive to our needs. The space is small and travelers might want to know there are no windows (some natural light through the bathroom). The listing gives the illusion of an upstairs balcony ocean view... at least that was my interpretation... and the bed is as comfortable as can be as you’d imagine a modular to be. Our main goal was the ocean and the location was stellar. A quick walk to Windandsea and a great little coffee shop (good coffee!) with pretty decent nosh along the way. I was very happy with the cleanliness (no chemical smells, yay!) and inviting feel of the studio although the bookshelf didn’t work that day (haha... a bit of humor you’ll get if you stay). Overall, I would recommend this property. Thank you Thomas!
