We arrived in the mid-afternoon, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and especially kind to my children, which made a great first impression. The valet attendants and the bell staff were also cheerful, helpful, and eager to assist with our luggage.
Our room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. When we booked, only a room with one king bed was available, so we requested a rollaway bed for the kids. Although I asked for it during check-in, the first rollaway wasn’t delivered until very late in the evening and had an unpleasant odor. After walking to the front desk, the staff quickly resolved the issue by delivering a clean replacement, which I appreciated.
The pool area was very clean, and our kids had an absolute blast swimming during our stay.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The excellent customer service, clean facilities, and spacious room made for an enjoyable stay. The delay with the rollaway bed was the only significant inconvenience, but the staff handled the issue promptly once it was brought to their attention.
