  • This is a super deluxe apartment is located in prestigious La Jolla shores area just 532 steps away from beach and park. This fresh modern home is on second floor with a spacious living room that opens into a dining room and a full kitchen with stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher, and stone counter tops. There is a flat screen TV for entertaining and Wi-Fi throughout. Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed and second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a window air condition, in living room and ceiling fans in the bedroom. Many of our guest find it so comfortable, they don't want to leave. One parking spot designated to this unit.

    Stroll down half a block to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Best of La Jolla is only steps away from the front door of this residence, walk to everything, and never use a car.

    The rates are adjusted for season, competitive for the area , type of home, and are firm.

We had a fantastic stay! The flat is clean, cozy, and well stocked. You just can’t beat the location- a block from the beach and steps away from amazing restaurants and shops. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this building and we’d stay here again for sure. Great communication and super responsive host. Five stars!! :)

Business/surf trip

The place was awesome and the owner was very nice and accommodating. Location was minutes to good food, coffee, surf shops, the beach and the Scripps Institute where our conference was. Great place and will be looking to book there again whenever our needs take us to La Jolla.

Great spot next to the beach

Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Come and go to the beach with ease, and dedicated parking is key. Traffic at the beach can take an extra minute or two, but was never too bad. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location in La Jolla Shores

Great condo in La Jolla Shores steps from the beach and all of the wonderful restaurants and shops in the shores. Perfect for a family of four. Clean, convenient and comfortable. We love La Jolla and really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo and location

We had an amazing time at this property. It’s steps from the beach and restaurants. My whole family loved the location. It had a great little kitchen and a shared grill space too. The host was super helpful and very responsive although we didn’t need much because it was all there! We would stay here again!

Perfect location

Location is ideal for families or individuals who want close access to La Jolla Shores beach. The parking space was easy and very appreciated as parking can be tough in this area. It should be noted that currently there is a lot of construction (trucks backing up large dumps of noisy debris) going on by 6 or 7 am every weekday morning. Despite the early morning noise, I would highly recommend this rental.

Stay like a local!

Clean and tidy apartment in a great location with a neighborhood vibe. Short walk to everything - coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and the beach. Being close to all of these things does mean the traffic noise starts pretty early in the morning. Not really an issue unless you like to sleep late! I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic La Jolla Shores Stay

Property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with many of the core things you need for time at the beach (e.g. towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc.). The beds were very comfortable. A minute's walk away from the beach, restaurants, and shops around the Shores -- driving optional. Off-street parking was welcomed despite being a little snug for a compact SUV (e.g. RAV4/Forester-sized). Host communication was quick and responsive. We had a wonderful time, and will recommend to family and friends.

Nice trip to La Jolla

Traveled with son and wife to San Diego for Spring break. Location is downtown with access to multiple shops and restaurants. 2 blocks to beach/ocean and promenade. Well apportioned 2 bedroom. Updated kitchen. All working appliances. Clean. Quiet. Parking just outside unit. Nice relaxing stay.

Awesome beach condo!

Great location and super clean! We had plenty of room as well! Few minor issues: Window AC unit was really loud, heater was left on and we didnt realize it at first, cable TV (Spectrum) was not working but we were able to stream so it really wasnt an issue. Loved the beach chairs and boogie boards available for our use. Overall though its a really nice place, great location and we would definitely stay there again!

This property is in an AMAZING location! It's so close to the beach. The only draw back was that it's very noisy. We stayed during delivery truck, trash truck, and street sweeping days. Everything starts at around 5am, so just know that you'll get woken up unless you sleep with ear plugs. There are also no shades over the windows so if the noise doesn't wake you the sunlight will. Otherwise, this place is great and the host is phenomenal.
