Welcoming to pets but there is zero outdoor/yard space and it’s on a busy street so you will be walking down to the bay for all their business. While the listing states it can sleep up to 25, it’s hard to imagine that being comfortable without crowding the bedrooms and common areas. Be aware there is an additional guest fee for groups over eight.The home is listed as “brand new,” a remodel took place in 2024.
