"6 days five night bday trip with family in January and from we stepped our feet into the hotel there were problems. The good: beautiful views, beautiful scenery, beautiful landscaping, magical sounds of the waves, care free access to hotel grounds, the food was good. The bad: they wanted the money for our entire stay up front while we were used to paying upon end of stay, no problem we got them their money but they were willing to kick out a family with infant children. Ok got past that....

"I’ve stayed here plenty a times, is not a bad options and enjoyable. This time (booking through expedia) they gave me a bit of a fight to cover my breakfast, which has always been included when we’ve stayed before AND IT SAID IT WAS INCLUDED WITH EXPEDIA. After contacting Expedia and speaking with the supervisor they agreed to cover it but warned me that “Expedia reservations do not include breakfast, only through booking or when reserving with them directly”… the supervisor was really great...
