"The hotel was beautiful but after a long day exploring we arrived back to find the pool and hot tub closed. 7:00 pm closure seems early. That was a huge disappointment."

"It’s the third time I’ve stayed at the Estepona plaza . It’s a very clean hotel, with great staff, and a small rooftop pool , which Is a real saving grace on a hot day . Breakfasts are good , beds comfortable and the showers in the rooms are fantastic. The location can not be bettered either."

"Rooms were well presented. Only problem we had with room is that if you left any food out on counter, this would be attacked by tiny insects. Adults pool was good by closed earlier than advertised on signage. Bar by restaurant and pool had limited stock of drinks due to becoming end of the season."

"The booking gave an address that led to a "middle of nowhere" location. After an hour of confusion and runaround with the property's support, they finally sent the full address. After that it was straightforward. I've been in touch with them about their process. This was in September 2026, and hopefully it will be improved soon. Otherwise, we were really happy with the stay. It was very clean, and staying on a boat was great atmosphere."
