"Room was surprisingly small."

"The hotel is located in a quiet, picturesque location. The reception staff is very friendly. However, the hotel itself is far from new. The carpet, furniture, and everything in the hotel are quite worn. My biggest complaint was the room cleaning policy, which requires you to vacuum and mop the floors, dust everywhere, and clean the kitchen and bathroom upon check-out, otherwise you risk losing part of your deposit. I would prefer the cleaning fee to be included in the room price by default."

"The hotel and location was excellent, my only concern was the price of the breakfast was expensive in comparison to what you can get a 5-10 walk to the square. The cost to use the spa i thought was also excessive 15 euro an hour per person and each time i checked it was empty."

"Some of the front desk staff were not friendly. A bit sad you have to pay extra for access to the pool. This should be a standard offering and its hours were quite limited. The buffet and food options were pretty good. The restaurant staff were fantastic. "

"Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that."
